Overview of the Role:

·       Completing accurate and efficient back-office process administration 

·       Effectively managing a customer database through meticulous data entry

·       Keeping yourself up to date with product, service and customer information through our easily accessible knowledge base

·       Investigating and resolving customer queries through first contact resolution

·       Adhering strictly to data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality laws

·       Working in a fast-paced environment, your role may require you to provide relevant advice to customers via phone, email and/or webchat
