Experienced Customer Service Administrator required for family owned distributors company on the outskirts of Galway - Transport essential

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a busy office environment.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Order processing and sales.
  • Provide back-office support for the sales representatives and Sales Manager as required.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Great potential for the righ person to further their career within the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly IT proficient.
  • Excellent attention to detail, achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Time management.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.
