We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join a busy customer support team in the Healthcare sector on a 6-month contract.
This role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and working closely with colleagues across operations, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Based onsite in Citywest - hours 8.30 -17.00 Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities Customer Account Specialist :
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.
- Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Record, escalate, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Contribute to process improvement and take on additional specialist tasks as experience grows.
Qualifications of Customer Account Specialist :
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments.
- Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer focus with attention to accuracy and detail.
