Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Client Service Consultant to join their team in Limerick. This position is on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract that may have the possibility to extend. As a Custody Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring the highest level of service across the increasing client base.
Hybrid working is in place – 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their custody needs are met.
Initiate proactive and frequent communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
Lead and conduct comprehensive service reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and nurture relationships with key business partners, both internal and external.
Monitor and track service delivery against project plans and Service Level Delivery (SLD) targets.
Gather insights through client reviews, surveys, and feedback to enhance service quality.
Escalate service-related issues and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to consistently deliver proactive and unparalleled client service.
Uphold integrity, accountability, and exceptional client service standards.
Cultivate an inclusive environment that fosters trust, respect, and collective impact.
Requirements:
Experience in Fund Services, with a preference for Custody experience.
In-depth knowledge of the securities industry and financial instruments.
Strong leadership skills and a passionate advocate for the organisation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change and best practices.
Effective communication abilities across various levels of partners and clients.
Proven ability to promote inclusivity within a team setting.
Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
Quick learner with the capability to understand and communicate client strategy.
