The Job:
The Contract Analyst will be familiarized with contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other process controls. Responsibilities also include supporting a variety of business lines.
This is a contract hybrid position with 2 days per week required in the office based in Dublin Docklands.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management / reporting / administrative support to the team responsible for managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls.
Generate weekly / monthly reports on contracts and revising as necessary.
Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships internal stakeholders that are engaging with US based pharmaceutical companies.
Tracking status of contracts, initializing and executing confidentiality agreements.
Establishing / maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting special projects and initiatives.
Participating in additional projects as team resources require.
Requirements:
Project Management / Reporting / Administrative support experience
Undergraduate degree
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong interpersonal / communication skills / organizational skills
Ability to understand business needs and prioritize work accordingly
