Contracts Administrator Dublin

Our client, a global leader in the Health Services industry, is looking to hire a Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team. They are looking for a strong administrator who ideally has experience dealing with contracts admin in the pharma or healthcare industry. It is a 12 month contract. Initially, will be working from home but the successful candidate will be expected to work from the office from early next year a few days per week. The office is located in Dublin City Centre.


  • Provide administrative support for the contracting team’s negotiating / managing of contracts with US based pharmaceutical companies in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls

  • Tracking status of contracts, initializing and executing confidentiality agreements.

  • Establishing / maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supporting special projects and initiatives.

  • Participating in additional projects as team resources require.


  • Undergraduate degree

  • 1+ years– administrative / contracting support experience

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills / organizational skills

  • Ability to understand business needs and prioritize work accordingly
