Compounding Technicians

The primary function of the Compounding Technician / Junior Aseptic Scientist is to prepare, compound and package pharma products in a cleanroom aseptic environment.

Your role will entail the following responsibilities:

  • Working in compliance with GMP/GLP/GDP standards in a regulated environment

  • Sample testing and Environmental monitoring on site

  • Ensuring safe and controlled methods of manufacture are adhered to. 

  • Diagnose and resolve events or exceptions of production equipment and processes.

  • Perform process tests and participate in qualification and validation activities as required.

  • Operate fill line, equipment washer, filtration systems, equipment cleaning etc.

  • Ensuring all deviations are reported and recorded.

  • Involved in the investigation of deviations and CAPA’s.

  • In-process inspections

  • Labelling of product

Experience Required:

Minimum Leaving Certificate with 5 years experience of Aseptic Sterile, Fill Finish GMP Regulated environment


Science or Engineering Honors Degree with 1-2 years experience of Aseptic Sterile, Fill Finish GMP Regulated environment

Cleanroom experience essential, good computer literacy and a reliable, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail would be a good fit for this role.
