We have an exciting Commercial Director opportunity for you to join an award-winning progressive Multinational MedTech Company on a permanent basis, based anywhere in EMEA. The role will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve revenue and sales growth in the EMEA region across the product portfolio.

Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):

  • Responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations including the achievement of revenue goals across EMEA.
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their current and future needs are being met.
  • Develop pricing policies and terms and conditions, for customers and channel partners.
  • Successfully launch in territories new products within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to develop and execute product positions and brand strategy for the portfolio to achieve the business objectives of innovation and growth for the business. This will include analysing the market and customer information, identifying and realising new product innovations, and optimising the product portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business, medical technology, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in medical device, clinical diagnostics with a consistent track-record of high performance and results.
  • Solid business acumen and knowledge of clinical market environment.
