Collections/Accounts Supervisor 

I am recruiting for a qualified collections/account supervisor for a MedTech company based in Dublin 15.

Overview and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small portfolio of key accounts
  • Provide supervision and coaching for all direct reports, through regular monthly 1 to 1’s and individuals performance management
  • Support and coach the team in the resolution of queries and escalations
  • Co-ordinate activities/workload within the team
  • First point of escalation for queries received from internal stakeholders and customers
  • Cross-training of the team to ensure everyone can cover the activities for all entities
  • Perform month-end activities as requested
  • Prepare monthly SOX controls and act as the point of contact for internal and external audits
  • Responsible for provision of monthly and ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Support and drive process improvement initiatives and projects
  • Participate in the recruitment process for the AR team as required
  • Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties as required

 

Qualifications:

Qualified and experienced Credit and Collections or Accounts Receivable professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a large multinational shared service environment.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Target driven with an AR resolution mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written English. Second European language desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working in a diverse environment
