Clinic Manager

My client, a well established medical screening company, is looking to hire a clinic manager to join their team. This person would be working along side clinical professionals to bring health screening clinics to client on their sites in the Leinster region. This role would involve traveling to client sites and dealing with clients and their staff face to face. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills and must have experience in a business to business customer or client services role.


  • Managing Clinics from start to finish 

  • Working closely with medical professionals in the seamless delivery of various clinics - The Clinic Manager will be required to work closely with doctors, nurses and technicians ensuring a first class delivery of clinics.

  • Managing medical supplies and equipment - The Clinic Manager will need to ensure that he / she looks after (including regular servicing) of all medical equipment and supplies. The CM will also ensure that they have adequate supplies at all times.

  • Providing excellent customer service to corporate & sports clients 

  • Working with HR managers and administrators within corporate companies 

  • Overseeing entire clinic and reporting to head office on a daily basis -

  • Opportunity for business development

  • Strong administrative skills. Attention to detail is very important.

  • IT Literate (MS word, excel etc).

  • Discrete.

  • Reliable.
