Client Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has come our way with our client. Our client is one of the leading employers in the Mid West region and is looking to bring on a Client Services Manager for a fixed-term contract. This opportunity would suit someone who has worked in very interactive roles in the past and someone who has come from a Retail Banking background.

Key Responsibilities: (Full job spec available upon request)

  • Main operational contact for client inquiries liaising with the appropriate internal partners.

  • Lead client service reviews.

  • Administration of client accounts.

  • Maintenance and adherence of Service Level Descriptions.

  • Identify, document, and manage client-related risk issues ensuring adherence to corporate risk management protocols.

Key Requirments:

  • Experience in the financial services/asset servicing industry.

  • Proven proactive client service experience, with the ability to build strong relationships through trust, credible knowledge and delivery of solutions and responsiveness.

  • Analytical/problem solving through organisation and time management.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external network to assist in the timely resolution of client enquiries/issues.

  • Manage multiple priorities considering client impact, timeframe complexity and risk.
