As Client Services Manager you will have a crucial role in managing and supporting a diverse client base. You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in making important executive decisions of high value. This position is based in Offaly and offers a hybrid working model.
Client Services Manager responsibilities will include:
Various financial management tasks, including business modelling, planning, and providing lending support.
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and compliance-related filings, ensuring efficient output and exceptional client service.
Monitor and assist Partners in implementing quality control standards within the Practice.
Working closely with a team of experts, to actively contribute to the Firm's growth and development.
Key attributes and requirements:
The preferred candidate holds a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA, and has a minimum of 7 years of experience in Public Practice.
A genuine passion for assisting business owners in problem-solving and maximizing opportunities.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Strong analytical abilities and technical knowledge.
Interest in financial modelling, business planning, and development.
Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, enabling them to reach their full potential.
