Client Services Consultant

Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Consultant to join their team in Limerick. This position has an initial fixed end date of 30th September with a high likelihood this will be extended. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring that all aspects of the service are maintained as per client agreements.

Hybrid working is in place – 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of all Transfer Agency Services to clients.
  • Produce and maintain control checklists to meet daily/weekly/monthly deliverable targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain client service levels by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and work products.
  • Provide technical expertise for new TA products and develop Service Level Descriptions (SLDs) with clients.
  • Oversee client due diligence visits, monthly reporting, and KPI calculation.
  • Manage client issues and escalate to appropriate managers or functional leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement regulatory changes and maintain compliance.
  • Lead and support partners in client servicing, including recruitment, development, and retention.


  • Transfer Agency experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in a client-focused role gained in the financial services or banking industry is an advantage.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required
