Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Analyst to join their team in Limerick. This position is on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract that may have the possibility to extend. As a Client Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the Client Service team by developing insights to enable decision making with a view to developing client relationships both internally and externally. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop professionally in a financial setting.
Hybrid working is in place – 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Responsibilities:
Identify internal process potentials and apply LEAN principles to boost efficiency within the organisation.
Execute improvements and projects in accordance with departmental strategies.
Define transparent plans for designing, delivering, and daily operations of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
Create and manage project plans while monitoring the progress of deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to spot chances for improvement.
Identify and put into action automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Provide objective and impartial critical analysis to ensure that outcomes and deliverables align with the department's vision.
Support the team in every possible way to deliver proactive and exceptional service to clients.
Advocate for the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and client service across GFS EMEA and the broader GFS global network.
Requirements:
Prior business analysis and data analysis experience.
Strong background in SharePoint Development.
Experience implementing technical changes in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365.
Proficient in use of Power BI.
Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice.
Experience within Fund Services (preferred but not essential).
Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.
Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Proven ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall productivity.
