Client Services Analyst

Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Analyst to join their team in Limerick. This position is on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract that may have the possibility to extend. As a Client Services Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the Client Service team by developing insights to enable decision making with a view to developing client relationships both internally and externally. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop professionally in a financial setting.

Hybrid working is in place – 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify internal process potentials and apply LEAN principles to boost efficiency within the organisation.

  • Execute improvements and projects in accordance with departmental strategies.

  • Define transparent plans for designing, delivering, and daily operations of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Create and manage project plans while monitoring the progress of deliverables.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to spot chances for improvement.

  • Identify and put into action automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

  • Provide objective and impartial critical analysis to ensure that outcomes and deliverables align with the department's vision.

  • Support the team in every possible way to deliver proactive and exceptional service to clients.

  • Advocate for the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and client service across GFS EMEA and the broader GFS global network.

Requirements:

  • Prior business analysis and data analysis experience.

  • Strong background in SharePoint Development.

  • Experience implementing technical changes in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365.

  • Proficient in use of Power BI.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice.

  • Experience within Fund Services (preferred but not essential).

  • Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.

  • Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Proven ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall productivity.
