You will provide front line support to customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation of potential new business opportunities
  • Direct interaction with prospects over the phone
  • Data mining for contacts and cleansing existing database
  • Achieve Productivity requirements and performance delivery as outlined via Operation scorecard
  • Handling/Managing customers and educating them on the whitepaper as per the SOW
  • Participate in performance improvement task forces as needed and look at continuously raising the bar for CPL delivery
  • Demonstrate flexibility and contributions to creating a team environment
  • Ensuring customer is advised appropriately and qualified as per the SOW guidelines
  • Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision makers and business owners

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience
  • Experience meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong quality communication skills
  • Strong written skills (spelling/punctuation- required for online chat/e-mails)
  • Outgoing and confident personality
