Buyer Planner required with 3 years plus experience in a manufacturing environment.  Nayo.

Responsibilities

  • Daily production scheduling across multiple production resources
  • Responsible for the execution of the Company’s production & inventory control process
  • Direct material procurement and associated supplier management activities
  • Support monthly inventory management routines
  • Ensure all master data items are correct
  • Ensure all supplier pricing is correct
  • Produce the monthly production planning scorecard
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Manage inventory within agreed levels
  • Ensure OTIF Targets are maintained
  • Continuous monitoring of plan attainment and amending plans where needed
  • Develop KPI’s to drive production improvements
  • Weekly KPI reporting and development 

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience working in a similar environment
  • Ideally APICs or CPIM qualified
  • Analytically minded, to provide data and reports to ensure production efficiencies data drives production Improvements
  • Experience in lean process improvements an advantage
