We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Specialist to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. This is an initial 11-month fixed-term contract and will work closely with Manufacturing Operations and all functions that directly support the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities (Full job spec available on request):
- Primary content owner/co-ordinator of the share point which is a go-to reference for all employees including organisational charts, onboarding information, and stakeholders communications.
- Perform supporting activities for new hire onboarding in partnership with hiring managers.
- Partner with the leadership team to establish calendar meetings.
- Organise and coordinate site visits and large events.
- Provide business support – Ariba purchasing, payment request – set up ground rules on this and provide troubleshooting support.
- Perform supporting activities for business travel, external/internal training, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Ariba purchasing or similar business tools.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrated business support expertise and experience.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Proficiency with digital systems and metric management tools such as Power BI, Digital, and Analytics is advantageous but not essential.
