Management of a list of client accounts.
Negotiation for payment and collections.
Working closely with clients in developing strategies and managing the relationship.
Becoming a specialist in the area and becoming a skilled advisor to the clients.
Dealing with all customer queries varying from calls, emails, and letters.
Analysing accounts and identifying possible solutions following the codes of practice.
Call centre experience.
Drive for career development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Target focused and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent IT skills.
