I am recruiting a Business Support Administrator for a leading IT Company based i Co. Westmeath.
- Project Administration and co-ordination
- Administration support to different functions across the business.
- HR Administration- setting up interviews, assisting with securing work permits, salary reviews, general employee queries, dealing with housing agencies.
- Prepare Meeting and Induction Packs.
- Basic Accounts administration.
- Event Management Support.
- Provide support to other management team members as appropriate.
What are we looking for?
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Work on own inititive and be a self starter.
- Attention to detail and professional communication and execution.
- Ability to prioritise with a high workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with a “Can Do” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Thorough knowledge of IT- Microsoft Office Suite and Apple Suite (in particular Keynote)
- People and Project Management experience
