Our client, a multinational leader within the Financial Services Industry, are hiring. They are on the lookout for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join their project on a 6 month fixed term basis (with possible extension). While the role can be worked remotely initially there will be a requirement to attend onsite in our clients Limerick based office in Spring 2022.
About the role
The incoming Business Process Analyst will have the responsibility of assessing the processes of the project using Agile methodologies in order to increase efficiency and aid project progression. The successful candidate will work alongside the two current project partners in addition to any future contractors brought on board to work on the project.
6+ years experience of Business Analysis, preferably in financial services
Proven track record of delivering change programs successfully
SDLC/PMLC or equivalent and Agile Methodology experience
Business Analysis tools and techniques
Experience in investment banking or custody banking services
Expert level in MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio.
Additional Preferred skills/qualifications
Agile qualified, Product Owner/Scrum Master
Project Management Qualifications
Middle office and Back office operation knowledge.
