My client a global research company are seeking a Business Analyst with fluency in German. You will have responsibility for the translation of key business insights for retailers. As the Business Analyst you will articulate technical requirements and work in a client facing position between retailers and the business.

Qualifications;/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Studies, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis, ideally data feed management and client services 
  • Exposure to supply chain or point-of-sales (POS) data
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent client facing communication and negotiation skills
  • Be fluent in German and English
  • Be passionate about collaboration and team work

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Be the main technical point of contact for retailers
  • Educate all retailers on the end to end technical onboarding process and drive the technical onboarding calls
  • Strengthen retailer partnership and enhance collaboration
  • Translate data results into meaningful summaries to support business decisions
  • Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall Retailer Engagement Department
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and /or projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision
  • Embraces teamwork and possesses ability to effectively work cross functionally
