The Role
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that deliver sustainable growth, increased market share, and strong in-store presence. Working cross-functionally with sales, innovation, and external agencies, you will bring campaigns and product initiatives to life in a competitive FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the annual brand plan aligned to business objectives
Drive volume, value, and brand equity growth
Act as the key brand owner, ensuring consistency and focus
Consumer & Market Insight
Analyse consumer, shopper, and market data to inform decisions
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
Translate insights into actionable strategies and campaigns
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR, and in-store
Manage agency relationships to deliver high-quality campaigns
Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
Product & Portfolio Management
Support new product development, launches, and range optimisation
Develop business cases, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Manage product lifecycle performance
Commercial Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Support customer plans and ensure strong retail execution
Balance brand goals with commercial performance
Performance & Budget Management
Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI
Track KPIs including market share, sales, and brand health
Continuously optimise plans based on performance
About You
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
6+ years? experience in FMCG brand management (food or drink preferred)
Strong experience across ATL, digital, and shopper marketing
Proven ability to manage and develop teams
Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
