Branch Manager – Kilkenny
A leading supplier of premium tiles and bathroom solutions is seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to lead its flagship showroom in Kilkenny.

Overall Purpose of the Role
The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators including sales, profitability, margins, stock management, customer service, health & safety, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily showroom operations in line with company procedures
- Drive sales performance and maximise margins
- Meet or exceed targets set by senior management
- Analyse and manage branch P&L, including sales, costs, and profitability
- Ensure the branch operates in a cost-efficient manner
- Oversee in-store marketing and merchandising standards
- Understand customer needs and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Manage stock control and inventory effectively
- Maintain accurate administration and respond promptly to information requests
- Lead, motivate, and support team members
- Work collaboratively with HR when required
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies
Person Specification
Essential:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Desirable:
- Experience in the tile and/or sanitary ware industry
- Bathroom or kitchen design experience
