Biologics Technicians

Expanding Biologics Site, Exciting New Technologies!

We are supporting a site expansion project in Sligo in the recruitment of their first Biologic technician roles. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a core team at the early stages of a multi-million dollar, state of the art biologics plant.  

Applicants should have either of the following backgrounds: 

  • Third Level Honours Degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Science or Engineering with 1-2 years manufacturing experience in a GMP regulated environment, Aseptic Sterile and Fill Finish Preferred

OR 

  • Minimum Leaving Certificate with 5 years manufacturing experience in a GMP regulated environment, Aseptic Sterile and Fill Finish Preferred

The core responsibilities of the role entail; 

  • Diagnosing and resolving events or exceptions of production equipment and processes
  • Perform process tests and participate in qualification and validation activities as required
  • Operate Fill Line, Autoclave, Equipment Washer, Headspace Analysers, Bioreactors, Chromatography Columns, Filtration Systems, Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization, Equipment Pressure Tests, Equipment/Filters Integrity Tests, Water Baths, Isolators and Lyophiliser…. plus a lot more!!
