As a BIM Technician, you'll be at the forefront of model production and coordination, helping us deliver top-tier projects in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sector. The position will be office based in Athlone County Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities:
Revit Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Revit to maintain a high level of model production and coordination across various projects.
Project Management: Manage tender and construction deadlines while ensuring the highest standards of work are consistently met.
Clash-Free Models: Work diligently to create clash-free models, ensuring seamless project execution.
Detail-Oriented Drawings: Produce presentable, high-quality drawings with meticulous attention to detail.
Innovation & Learning: Stay up-to-date with advances in the BIM environment, maintaining a positive and self-motivated outlook.
What We’re Looking For:
A relevant Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree would be advantageous.
3-4 years’ experience in a similar position.
Candidate must have an excellent working knowledge of Revit
Ability to maintain a high level of model production & coordination on projects and deliver and control the tasks required
Positive outlook, self-motivated & interested in keeping up to date with advances in BIM environment.
Ability to Produce Presentable Drawings & strong attention to detail.
Must be able to demonstrate worked examples of their ability
The right to work in Ireland without a work permit.
