Bid Manager – Permanent (Growing Organisation)

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Bid/Contracts Manager to join their new and growing Commercial team. Reporting directly to the Bid & Solutions Director you will be responsible for the end to end ownership of proposals as the company experiences substantial growth over the coming years. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background along with bid and solutions experience ideally from the BPO industry. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of bids, RFIs, RFPs and other proposals.
  • Ensure governance in the bid process: that inputs received meet the requirements for bid delivery; deadlines are being met; and the full process is being managed.
  • Supporting the broader business in their understanding of the bid process.
  • Supporting opportunity owners and potential partners in defining solutions.
  • Working with the onboarding team to ensure the requirements from bid through to operational go-live are communicated.
  • Status reporting on opportunities, deadlines and priorities.
  • Supporting opportunity owners in communicating the solutions, which will include participating in partner calls and meetings.
  • Managing the bid inputs and timelines from multiple stakeholders, this will include managing all elements of digital bids.

Main Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ PM and bid experience.
  • Experience in an outsourced provider environment 
  • Experience in working in companies with a global footprint is advantageous.
  • Change management and process improvement.
