Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Projects Co- Ordinator to join their Contracts Team. Reporting to the Commercial Project Co-Ordinator involved in the day to day commercial management, control and reporting of projects. This is a permanent role with a base in Mallow, Co Cork.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Interim and Final Account payments
- Engaging and reporting on monthly project commercial review meetings with Project Teams
- Preparing monthly reports on financial status of projects
- Preparing cash flow forecast reports
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication with fluent English
- Computer literate, must have good IT skills, knowledge of internal finance management software systems would be an advantage
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking.
- Excellent time management and be able to work on ones own initiative
