Assistant Project Coordinator

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Projects Co- Ordinator to join their Contracts Team. Reporting to the Commercial Project Co-Ordinator involved in the day to day commercial management, control and reporting of projects. This is a permanent role with a base in Mallow, Co Cork.


  • Processing of Interim and Final Account payments
  • Engaging and reporting on monthly project commercial review meetings with Project Teams
  • Preparing monthly reports on financial status of projects
  • Preparing cash flow forecast reports
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders


  • Excellent verbal and written communication with fluent English
  • Computer literate, must have good IT skills, knowledge of internal finance management software systems would be an advantage
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking.
  • Excellent time management and be able to work on ones own initiative
