Our client, a leading transport and logistics company based in Galway are looking to hire an Artic (HGV) Driver for the West of Ireland region. This is a permanent, day-shift position.
As a Artic Driver your main duties would be:
- Making deliveries on time
- Check all invoices and paperwork are completed correctly
- To adhere to the assigned route schedule
- To comply with all health & safety legislation
- Loading and unloading of trucks for deliveries to customer
- Plan out daily routes and organise deliveries
- Work in strict contact and communicate with the transport manager
The ideal Artic Driver would look like:
- Experience in a similar role
- Must have appropriate licence
