My client is looking to hire an experienced sales professional to join their growing team. This client is a well-established, reputable brand in the vehicle manufacturing industry here in Ireland. They are excited to hire an Area Sales Representative to cover the Midlands and surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience in the commercial sector in a sales role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
This role, while the base is in Westmeath, it will be amix of hybrid working and being field based. The ideal candidate must have experience managing their own time, and have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
·Effectively manage your time with the use of company CRM and Office 365 apps.
·Update CRM with all sales activities and communications with customers.
·Promote the company's range of vehicles to the Irish market.
·Identify sales opportunities from our database of Irish customers.
·Schedule visits to prospective clients to demonstrate the company’s range of products.
·Identify new business in the market
·Preparing accurate quotations for customers, processing orders & completing all necessary paperwork
·Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Requirements:
·Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing, automotive or mechanical industry.
·Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
·Must have a proven track record of achieving targets
·Must be a self-starter with excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills
