STP Business Analyst


  • Support AP decision makers thought data analysis, data insights and root cause analysis
  • Support the day to day AP Reporting requirements for the region across captive and outsourced teams, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of requirements
  • Monitor KPIs, Workflows and Collaborative Tools performance
  • Develop and maintain workflows and interactive reports in MS SharePoint
  • Project Manage AP Business Intelligence initiatives
  • Coordinate with the Global Process Managers (GPMs), regional process delivery managers and 3rd party outsource service delivery leads to prioritize and target exception types or specific root causes for continuous improvement work effort
  • Support the AP Leadership team to sustain service operations and establish stakeholder management communications and feedback mechanisms
  • Continuously improve process design focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization

Minimum Education

BA degree in Business, Accounting, IT or equivalent qualification

Minimum Experience

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint (VBA Coding/ Macros)
  • 2-3 years KPI and scorecard reporting experience
  • Attentive to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement
  • Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels
  • Significant proficiency with excel and other reporting solutions
  • SharePoint Design (Websites, Subsites, Workflows, etc)

Preferred Experience

  • AP experience inclusive of all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • SAP and Other non-SAP Platform/ERP
  • Business Intelligence Tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview)
  • Database Management (SQL)
  • MS InfoPath
  • Minimum Language Skills: English
