My client, a very well-established accountancy practice in Mullingar, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. It is full time, permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Handle client communication, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate client meetings for accountants and staff members.
Maintain and organize client files, financial documents, and paperwork for easy retrieval and compliance.
Accurately input financial data and transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Assist in invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable management to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Provide general administrative support, including drafting letters, preparing reports, and office-related tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within an accountancy or financial services environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software or a willingness to learn new software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
