Administrator required for organization in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim
Responsibilities
  • Carry out the day-to-day administrative functions associated with maintaining data base.
  • Process incoming and outgoing post, including registrations and the preparation and issuing certificates.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, including the preparation, recording, and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments using the company’s accounts software.
  • Respond to routine enquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent support to members and stakeholders.
General Duties
  • Assist in the promotion and representation of the company and the activities of the organization.
  • Attend and support companies activities as required, which may include product sales, trade exhibitions, meetings, and other events outside normal office hours.
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service in all interactions with members and the public.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and standard office software applications.
  • Strong telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage routine administrative tasks efficiently
