Our client based in Roscommon require an Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent role in the hospitality sector.
This role will involve working with the Sales and Marketing team to assist with the coordination of events.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure all bookings are appropriately handled - accepted, recorded and confirmed
- Ensure that all information is entered into system in a correct and timely manner
- Timely follow-up calls must be made after all enquiry bookings to try to convert business
- Guest emails or telephone queries must be followed up within 24 hours
- Load/update /open/close Rates and Packages on home & other websites as appropriate
- Printing of any menus/seating plans etc. as required for individual functions
Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
