The Role:

Based in Athlone with a well-established local business the Adminsiatrion assistant will provide support to a small accounts team as well as the office as a whole. The contract will be initially for 6 months.


Key Responsibilities:


  • General office administration duties, photocopying, filing, typing, document preparation etc.
  • Providing support to the accounts and legal teams
  • Maintaining an efficient filing and records system. Managing a computerised file management system.
  • Dealing with queries and requests on a daily basis.
  • Efficiently organising office procedures to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Diary and time management; Organising and scheduling both internal and external meetings, conferences, staff meetings and events

Requirements:   

  • 1-2 years in an administration role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills are essential.
  • Employ client confidentiality at all times.
  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR is an advantage.
