An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading US-based Polymer and Biomaterial technology company on a permanent contract. This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to work closely with the Site Manager in one of Ireland's most exciting and newest start-ups. This start-up is based in Limerick.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Makes identifiable and substantial contributions to continuous improvement. Performs all duties consistent with established Ortec guidelines consistent with ISO-13485 and those elements of GMP deemed necessary to support our business (as outlined in the Quality Manual). Actively complies with and endorses Department and Company objectives.

  • PA assistant to Site Manager.

  • Update and manage Ortec’s NCW training records for all employees.

  • New Associate HR Induction – Handbook/Benefits set up and management.

  • Set up New Associate on Payroll and contact the Tax Office.

  • Update and Maintain all Ortec NCW Ltd personnel information on Ortec’s electronic HR data base.

  • Maintain all employees HR Files.     

  • Employee Benefits Administration.

  • Update and maintain HR Page on Intranet.

  • Organize Company Conferences and Company events.

  • Audit Expense Reports from all Ortec NCW employees prior to payroll processing.

  • Perform other administration duties as required.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Business Studies Qualification or Equivalent

  • Good Communication skills

  • Good Computer Skills

  • Good Organisational Skills
