Leading client in the Midwest looking for an Administration Assistant.
This Administration Assistant position requires an expereinced administrator with excellent customer service experience to join their office on a 6 month basis.
Administration Assistant Role:
- You will be working in the ticket office of the company’s Limerick office.
- You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and responding to queries.
- You will be required to follow policies and procedures to ensure all allocated tickets are paid for and received within the correct deadlines.
- You will be required to help with cash reconciliation and other related tasks.
- You will be efficient and be able to work without supervision.
- 2+ years previous administration experience.
- 2+ years customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience reconciliating cash and cheques.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Organised, honest and efficient.
