Our client, an established Insurance Brookers is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This is a permanent contract based in Sligo town.

This role will involve assisting the busy Personal Lines Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a professional rapport with the Team and with Clients when arranging, altering or renewing their insurances. 


As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Issuing renewal documentation to clients and following up to ensure retention of the account
  • Cross-selling to connected personal lines policies as well as new business development
  • Issuing of new business quotations
  • Servicing of accounts including mid-term alterations
  • Dealing with client queries and providing excellent levels of service to our clients
  • Adhering to all compliance requirements


  • Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability and experience to identify business opportunities
  • Good working ethos with the ability to work well within a Team and to also take on projects
