Our client, an established Insurance Brookers is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their growing team. This is a permanent contract based in Sligo town.
This role will involve assisting the busy Personal Lines Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a professional rapport with the Team and with Clients when arranging, altering or renewing their insurances.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Issuing renewal documentation to clients and following up to ensure retention of the account
- Cross-selling to connected personal lines policies as well as new business development
- Issuing of new business quotations
- Servicing of accounts including mid-term alterations
- Dealing with client queries and providing excellent levels of service to our clients
- Adhering to all compliance requirements
- Minimum of 1 year working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability and experience to identify business opportunities
- Good working ethos with the ability to work well within a Team and to also take on projects
