Our client, an industry leader in containment solutions is looking to hire a Support Administrator to support the current Reception and Manufacturing Supply Chain teams with administration duties. The role is based in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork however at times it may be necessary to travel to the company's second facility in Little Island, Co. Cork. This contract is short-term and is expected to last 4-6 weeks to cover holidays.
Main Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Be clerical support for Production which may include: Typing, Printing, taking minutes, Receiving/Making Phone calls/ Emails Sourcing and sorting of C. Vs, Updating various forms and templates
Greeting all visitors and make sure that all appropriate forms and or tasks are filled in and informing relevant CSP personnel about visitors’ arrival. Print and replace attendance sheets by the front door and both GBS floors.
Checking if delivery docket matches purchase orders for manufacturing stock/supplies and contacting supplier if any discrepancies occur
Using Sage and Microsoft excel to store Manufacturing purchase order information into correct folders through issuing and scanning all related documents
Liaising with finance and administration regards payment
Review of various operational forms such as maintenance sheets, operator competency sheets, Covid-19 forms etc.
General administration skills, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
Experience using Sage Accounting Software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organisational and time management skills
