My client, a well established multinational company based in Mayo, is looking to hire an experienced accounts payable administrator to join a dynamic finance team. It is a contract role for a minimum of 4 months with a view to going longer. Ideally looking for strong SAP experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of suppliers’ invoices 
  • Reconciling external vendor statements 
  • Tracking KPIs
  • Daily/Weekly management reporting 
  • Month end closing
  • Data processing – ERP System (SAP), Microsoft Office proficiency

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must be educated to Leaving Certificate level, and an accounting technician qualification would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent team player, excellent communication skills and attention to detail
