Accounts Assistant - Part Time

Accounts Assistant required on a part time (3 days a week) for Co Galway based company.


Responsibilities:


  • Accounts Payable – inputting and filing supplier invoices, creditors reconciliation and handling queries in relation to payments.
  • Support in processing weekly payroll.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may arise to help the finance department


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years plus relevant experience.
  • Experience using SAGE an advantage
  • Thesaurus payroll software
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail is very important.
