We're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis as a maternity leave cover. As the ideal candidate, you'll have experience working as an Accounting Technician or Account Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and take on a challenging role with a wide range of responsibilities.
As part of your duties, you'll be responsible involves a variety of financial tasks, including issuing invoices and credit notes, reconciling purchase orders, managing accounts payable and receivable, recording financial transactions, handling customer queries, reconciling bank accounts, preparing monthly reports, managing stock take and reconciliation, maintaining fixed asset registers, and assisting with month-end, year-end, and budget preparation. The role may also involve other duties as assigned by the manager.
