This Accounts Assistant role is based with a highly established company in Co. Monaghan, who are almost 50 years in business. The successful candidate will join the existing accounts team on a 12 month maternity contract.
Month end close procedures
Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for review
Preparation of Weekly Financial Reports
Processing Stock count data on ERP system
Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
Control of Petty Cash
Supporting preparation of Export Documentation for Despatch Dept.
Preparation of CSO and other Statutory Reports & Surveys
Supporting the Finance and other departments during busy Christmas period
Previous experience in a similar accounts position
Acct Technician qualification desirable but not essential
Ability to work as part of a team
Good People / Communication skills
