My Client, a well established company based in Athlone for the last 28 years are seeking to hire an Accounts Administrator to join their small team. This will be a permanent, full-time contract.
- Answer phone calls and redirect as appropriate
- Deal with customer account queries
- Processing of purchasing and sales invoices and credit notes
- Credit Control
- Post payments to relevant accounts
- Completion of bank reconcilliations
- Creation of new accounts
- Preparation of various reports for management
- General management of stock including recipts, returns and transfers
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience in the use of Opera accounting package or another similar system
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office package
