We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join an expanding Client of ours in Boyle. In this role, you will apply accounting principles and utilize your strong process skills to oversee the monthly financial close process and support various accounting and reporting requirements. You will also provide guidance and leadership to a small team.

As an Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:
Prepare and complete accurate monthly financial statements, including subsidiary financial packages, intercompany reconciliations, adjusting entries, and intercompany profit analysis.
Coordinate the monthly close process, including journal postings, intercompany reconciliations, and assessments using the Onestream tool.
Ensure compliance of subsidiary financial reporting processes with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
Maintain the integrity of the Financial set up in the IFS ERP System.
Assist with technical accounting issues, such as gross profit and purchase price accounting.
Manage annual external audit processes and support R&D Tax Credits, annual tax returns, and completion of statutory financial statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Oversee Payroll, Accounts Receivable collection, and Accounts Payable payment processes.
Lead special projects and ensure proper training and development of team members.
Manage accounting processes and systems, ensuring proper documentation.
Supervise accounting staff positions
As an Accountant, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant post-qualified experience.
