Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with ISO 11607, Salesforce and testing fundamentals knowledge.

The Account Manager is required to increase business for the company via developing a relationship with established Customers and aiding in market outreach.

Account Managers generate sales via telephone, email and face to face conversations with the result being to generate a quotation.

Account Managers will strive to achieve their individual and collective targets. The Account Manager will be proficient in using Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Salesforce) and support the Sales and Test Services team as required. The Account Manager will also support any additional tasks and duties requested by the company or their Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify customer needs to meet regulatory requirements and satisfy the needs of international standards.
  • Meet with existing customers and potential customers to create further awareness of the company service offering.
  • Actively manages existing key accounts.
  • Supports the company team with problem-solving and training activities.
  • Liaise with other divisions to help create continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support marketing and outreach programs.
  • Report on sales activity.
  • Keep familiar with current industry standards & requirements (e.g. ISO 11607, MDR, etc)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of sales/consultative selling
  • Energy and drive for achieving results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Flexible with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Proficient in standard computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Openness to change management
  • Understanding of ISO 11607 requirements
  • Proficiency in use of Salesforce (or other stipulated) CRM system
  • Knowledge of testing fundamentals
  • Openness to change management
