Anna McEvoy | Install Project Lead
Anna is the Install Project Lead for Edwards Vacuum. She is based on the Intel Ireland site managing the install team. Anna started with Edwards in July 2020 as a Project Technician and progressed into the lead role in October this year. In her technician role, she worked primarily on an upgrade team carrying out mechanical and electrical upgrades. She also worked on the installation of abatement systems and vacuum pumps in the new Intel Ireland site. During the past year, she has supported Install projects on a customer site abroad by completing required upgrades to the new systems. Anna is a Diversity Champion on the Intel Ireland site working with the onsite diversity team to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Patrick Wilson | F24 Sustaining Lead
Patrick has over 12 years experience in leadership roles. Patrick’s current role involves managing the Edwards site team based at the Intel Ireland campus. Prior to starting with Edwards 16 months ago, Patrick worked as a shift maintenance supervisor for the LUAS for 10 years. During the last 15 months, Patrick has worked with Intel to ensure all Site engineers were safe during the Covid pandemic and also maintain full support to the customer in what are very challenging times.
David McDermott | F24 Technical Lead
David joined Edwards in 2014 as an install technician during the refurb of F24. David is a qualified electrician, during his time as an install technician he traveled to Israel for 6 weeks to help out on F28 install, on his return from Israel he then became a sustaining technician in F24 where he has led a sustaining team on factory maintenance tasks. Recently David has been appointed technical team lead working closely with the Intel key account team on maintenance issues and upgrades, he also trains new hires on Edwards products and to have techs ready for sustaining roles or install roles.
Mark Diamond | Business Line Manager – Key Account
Mark has 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He started as an Apprentice Technician with National Semiconductor and then progressed into technician, field service and service management roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and then Gasonics, with whom he relocated to Ireland more than 20 years ago. In 2010 Mark established the Ireland-based European subsidiary of Retronix Semiconductor where he grew their EMEA outsourced managed service business and built the organisation to in excess of 400 people globally. Mark joined Edwards as the EMEA Business Development Manager in March 2019, focused on the development and implementation of the Business Transformation strategies. Mark’s current mission as Business Line Manager is to maintain a world-leading position for the Edwards brand with a Key Account within EMEA and to define and implement an ambitious plan for growth within the business.
