Based in Bettystown. Immediate Start- initial 6 week contract. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact for the organisation
  • Greeting all visitors to in a friendly & professional manner
  • Manage the reception desk 
  • Answering all incoming calls in an efficient, timely & professional manner
  • Organise lunch/refreshments for meetings as required
  • Maintain & update postal records & administration
  • Typing & General Administration duties
  • Ensure that the reception area is welcoming 
  • Provide general admin support and PA duties
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by management

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience of managing a reception desk 
  • Must have a strong administration background
  • Customer Service experience
