Main Responsibilities  

  • Recruitment administration including database management

  • Monitor jobs to ensure they are correctly posted and updated  

  • Lead contact for the management of all account enquiries

  • Process all invoices and liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices

  • Tracking of all rebill invoices / placements

  • Management of AIB online banking system

  • Support the Operations Manager and recruitment team with client projects and other ad hoc duties as required

  • Management of stock and supplies for the office

Experience

  • 2-3 years of strong office administration experience or in a recruitment environment.

  • Experience in with accounts would be beneficial
