Real Estate – Asset Manager

Our client, a leading multinational specialising in Financial Services in the Mid-West are now looking for an Asset Manager to join their expanding and dynamic business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career in commercial and real estate asset management. Overseeing a portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for the asset management strategies, relationship management and implementation of new processes.

Reporting into the portfolio manager, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the instruction of the Portfolio Managers and Senior Business Managers you will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of company sales and stock levels.

  • You will be implementing strategies with a specific focus on asset management to maximise a financial return.

  • Implement effective and efficient process controls

  • Manage all pre–market activity to avoid delays in property being released to the market. 

  • Asset Management and third party relationship management.



  • Experience of working on cases involving insolvency / liquidation / receivership / examinership.

  • Relevant Business and/or Property degree or equivalent qualification

  • Proven track record of identifying and exceeding targets in a fast paced and regulated environment

  • Loan Servicing experience

  • Experience within a property, lending, portfolio management or debt restructuring role
