Prior demonstrated experience as PA with Owner Managers and Managing Directors is required

Responsibilities:

  • Strong structured board management experience
  • Handle all Directors incoming inquiries
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Manage diary, schedule meetings, travel and appointments
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support Directors, which will vary according to the Directors remit.

Experience and Skills required:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Managing Director PA
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Capacity to be proactive and take initiative
  • Communication skills
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
